Saturday january 9th and Sunday january 10th, from 1pm to 5:30pm

In this workshop, we will explore the basic notions of Continuum: the resonance of sounds and breathing, fluid mouvement, following internal sensations and open attention. Continuum invites us to move beyond the limits of our usual thoughts and habitual movement patterns into the flexible, adaptable and unpredictable nature of our fluid being. This workshop is open to everyone and serves as a foundation for all other classes and workshops in Continuum.
