August 14-15-16, 2009 and will enclose itself by a presentation on August 16th at 8pm.

Fleur d' asphalte, dance and creation studio presents for a second year an event not to miss in contemporary dance;

the project - Huis Clos.

During 2 days, 3 evenings and 2 nights, 6 artists will place themselves in retirement in the studio of Fleur d' asphalte to create a choreography In situ. The selection process retained 6 dancers, Soufia Bensaïd, Stéphanie Bernard, Diane De Angelis, Jen Doan, Hanna Feldhaus et Marie-Joëlle Hadd to take part in it.

During this experiment of fifty hours of continues collective creation, the artists will share space (area rest and sleep) and all the tasks connected to their daily food and other activities. They will enter in the Huis Clos – at 6:30pm on August 14th to come out from it after the presentation of the work created, which will enclose the event on August 16th at 8 pm. This presentation will be followed by a period of exchange with the public.

Le Huis Clos is an initiative of Fleur d'asphalte (without any subsidy) which accomodates the participating artists in his studio.
