This workshop is intended to give participants a working knowledge of the ancient term “kundalini”. Yogis have for centuries spoken of a mystical experience whereby the kundalini is awakened. Facilitator Nigel Wolf will first define, then help participants to locate their kundalini and, through various exercises and meditations, learn techniques to raise this precious energy. Hand-outs will be provided.

Nigel Wolf is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, with 13 years teaching experience.
