Lily Lapierre has put together a class specialy designed for pregnant women, with or without previous yoga experience.
Pregnancy is a unique time in life to inhabit our bodies. Prenatal yoga allows you to live fully your pregnancy by feeling your baby’s presence and communicate thanks to movement, sounds and breath work.
By practicing a safe yoga, you will prepare to birth, instinctively and naturally with in depth work in the pelvis area.
You will come out of our classe with:
A better posture and less pain.
A centered mind.
A strong and flexible body, well prepared for the physical effort of childbirth.
A bond with your baby, from the beginning.
For pregnant women with a desire to stay active during pregnancy from the first trismester to the birth.
