Yoga Serenity

This course of Hatha yoga is mixed in various approaches educational somatic based on the physical consciousness and the harmonious use of the body. It is conceived for the persons who wish to balance their rhythm of life. The diverse position ( Asanas) of the yoga according to your capacities and a work of heatings(warm-ups) and stretchings is proposed to develop a good flexibility and keep a body in health. The meditation and the work on the breath ( pranayamas ) are integrated to calm the daily stress and keep a spirit in health.
