A workshop where we will move and train our selves with different kinds of balls! We will work our cardio, our muscles and proprioception. We will strengthen both our center and our limbs. We will also learn to use the breathing and the balls to release tense muscles. It will allow us to feel better in our bodies and become a better mover or dancer! A fun way to train and relax accompagned by an excellent soundtrack. And who knows, maybe we will finish with a choreography!
