The Hatha yoga class is ideal for those seeking a fluid and soft that will work on the entire body.
Thanks to exercises combining breathing, bijas (sounds), mudras (sacred gestures) and posture, the mental concentration and the overall health of the body is increased, balancing body, mind and spirit.
