Since his youth, Saïd always had a great curiosity for oriental philosophies. He practiced from a very young age several martial arts, then discovers the self healing art of Qigong, and later on, Tai Qi. These early explorations increased his fascination with the world of holistic therapies. His work is focused on exploring various methods and techniques that help find harmony and inner happiness. At the age of 31, guided by his quest for inner well-being and happiness and his desire to share it with others, Saïd leaves a successful career in business to give more time to his passion. He hence explores several yoga styles such as Isha Yoga and Hatha Yoga, practices the art of Pranic Healing, follows the teachings of masters such as SadhGuru Jaggi Vasudev, Sensei Masanori Fukami, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui and G.I. Gurdjieff, before choosing to be fully dedicated to the practice of Qigong and Buddhist meditation. Graduate of the Guijek Institute in Shiatsu, he now organizes his life around three pillars: Vipassana Meditation, Qigong practice for health, and Therapeutic Shiatsu. His dynamism, empathy and warm heart, make his sessions and classes a refreshing, rejuvenating, and at the same time balancing and soothing experience.
