Ghislaine Doté

Native of the Central African Republic,
Ghislaine Doté is a dancer, trained in Côte D'Ivoire and in Montreal, in dance, singing, and martial arts.
Eclectic, her dancer's route includes some companies of contemporary dance like: Van Grimde Corps Secret, Flak, Sinha Danse.
Ghislaine was also a member of the distribution of the opera Starmania of Plamondon Plamondon/Berger has dancer's.
At the same time, Ghislaine becomes established solidly as a choreographer, with 4 choreographic and musical works presented to some festival of among which: Montreal in Lights, Vu sur la Relève, Toronto International dance Festival, Guelph contemporary dance festival, etc. …
In 2007, her artistic work is underlined while she receives Gloria Mitchell Award and while she is chosen as Prize-winner of the Month of the History of the Blacks.
Ghislaine works at the moment on a new piece, entitled The Era of the marriage which she will present to Agora athe season 2011-2012
