This workshop is going to allow us, by the physical and vocal exploration and by the movement and the voice, to meet and to identify our blockings.
These blockings which prevent us very often from coming true, from meeting WHOM WE ARE REALLY.
Once identified, we can transform these blockings into resources, those there same as we try, often desperately and with doggedness, to use in our realizations. It is good to say itself " I am capable, I can make him(it) ". But then, how happens that I do not arrive there??!!...
During these 2 days, we shall make a journey through our personalities to know better, and choose what we want to change in our functionings.
DROP THE MASK. It could be the title of these 2 days OF WORK, journey through us same. The breath being a fundamental element in the life, a particular attention will be carried to this during the training.
