'HUIS CLOS 2010' – CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
Open to dance professionals and emerging artists

Fleur d'asphalte is inviting dancers, actors, musicians and other performance artists who are interested in working with movement to submit their application for our second edition of Huis Clos, a short, intense, and out of the ordinary performance laboratory.

Fleur d'asphalte is happy to participate in Les journées de la Culture on September 24th 25th and 26th, 2010! We offer you the chance to participate in class which are a part of our regular programming. There is for every tastes: it is varied and free! The programming will be on-line soon!

A celebration of the Halloween outside the common! An astonishment morbid macabre ball and a suspense of hell!

Come help us to resolve the mystery of the crime that happenned!

The Fleur d’asphalte Mi-Lune Performances have been created for all kind of emergent artists (dance music, theatre…). Mi-Lune takes place in the Fleur d’asphalte studio without curtain or special light, an ideal space to explore new creation with a public!

The next evening will be Saturday February 13th, and the evening theme is The DUET.

MI-LUNE PERFORMANCE

The Fleur d’asphalte Mi-Lune Performances have been created for all kind of emergent artists (dance music, theatre…). Mi-Lune takes place in the Fleur d’asphalte studio, without curtains or special lighting. It is an ideal space to explore new creations in front of an audience.

August 14-15-16, 2009 and will enclose itself by a presentation on August 16th at 8pm.

Fleur d' asphalte, dance and creation studio presents for a second year an event not to miss in contemporary dance;

the project - Huis Clos.

During 2 days, 3 evenings and 2 nights, 6 artists will place themselves in retirement in the studio of Fleur d' asphalte to create a choreography In situ. The selection process retained 6 dancers, Soufia Bensaïd, Stéphanie Bernard, Diane De Angelis, Jen Doan, Hanna Feldhaus et Marie-Joëlle Hadd to take part in it.

FUND RAISER EVENING - KARINE IN LONDON

Fleur d'asphalte invites you to a fund raiser evening in honour of one of our founder member. Karine Rathle will be leaving for London for the next year, to complete a
Master's degree.

To celebrate her departure, we are organizing an evening full of surprises.

PROGRAMM:
A show with talented artists, followed by a party with a DJ that will make us dance all night long! Come dance, laugh and have fun and say good bye to Karine before her great adventure!
