This course of Yoga is ideal for those who want improve the knowledge of their sensation and perception in movement.
In this class we uses combination of exercises of breath, of mudras (sacred gestures), asanas, of meditation as well as various exercises of kinaesthetic awareness.  The body win at both level of energy : physical and mental.
