Introduction to Yoga

Lily Lapierre, has put together a class specialy designed for pregnant women, with or without previous yoga experience.
Pregnancy is a unique time in life to inhabit our bodies. Prenatal yoga allows you to live fully your pregnancy by feeling your baby’s presence and communicate thanks to movement, sounds and breath work.
By practicing a safe yoga, you will prepare to birth, instinctively and naturally with in depth work in the pelvis area. You will come out of our classe with:

Mom and baby Yoga
Mom and baby yoga class will fulfill the needs of a new mother as well as those of her young baby. Carefully designed for the first few months after giving birth, it will strengthen the core of your body deeply without strain or risk of injuries to the perineum.
Come to exchange with the other moms and find the shape thanks to postures of yoga and breath to re-tone up the body further to the childbirth and live a quality moment with your baby by learning to massage him in an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment.
Stimulation for the baby will allow him to digest and sleep better. You will come out of this class, calm, restored and filled with new zest to share with your baby.
